About Superior Installs
Hi, my name is Nathan, and I trade under the name Superior Installs.
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to explore my website.
My journey in the heating industry began when I left school at 16 and went straight into a five year apprenticeship. During that time, I gained extensive practical experience while working towards my City & Guilds qualifications, NVQ Level 3 and the qualifications required to become Gas Safe registered.
At 21, I decided to become self-employed. Working directly with customers and encountering different properties, heating systems and installation challenges on a daily basis gave me invaluable practical experience and helped shape the standard of workmanship I expect from every installation today.
Since then, I have installed well over 150 boilers and completed numerous full central-heating installations, alongside many other heating upgrades and improvements.
Attention to detail is something I take extremely seriously. Whether the work involves replacing a boiler or installing a complete heating system, my aim is never simply to get the job finished, it's to complete it to a standard I would be happy to have in my own home.

From the moment we arrive, protecting your property is a priority. Appropriate protection for carpets, flooring, worktops and surrounding areas is put in place before work begins, and the working area is treated with care throughout the installation.
Communication is equally important. I aim to keep customers informed throughout the process, from the initial assessment and preparation through to installation, commissioning and the final handover.
